Phantasy Star: Alisa’s Adventure is a Choose-Your-Own Adventure style role playing gamebook. The book was originally published exclusively in Japan in 1989 by Futabasha Publishers; it was written by Mitsutaka Ode and illustrated by Kunio Aoki. This is an unofficial fan translation by Lala Landale (@yumpoplala). Information about the original Japanese book can be found here<\/a>.

The story has multiple endings and contains 420 navigable Mini Chapters that take you down different paths. There are many ways to “Game Over” by reaching a premature End. Follow along with a pen and paper to keep track of your party’s points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
