Terms & conditions

GENERAL

  • I reserve the right to use any commissioned work in my portfolio, unless otherwise requested.
  • I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason.
  • Resale of my artwork is strictly prohibited.

PAYMENTS

  • Payments must be made in full upfront.

REFUNDS

  • No refunds will be issued for completed commissions.
  • Refund available at your request only if work not yet started.
  • For unfinished commissions, a partial refund will be issued only if some extenuating circumstance prevents me from being able to finish it (e.g. medical emergency, family emergency, etc).

COMMUNICATION

  • Email. See contact section.
  • Once I have approved your commission, I will contact you once with the Black & White version for your approval before moving on to coloring; three free minor revisions allowed; after I will send you the finished colored artwork.

REVISIONS

  • Three (3) minor revisions allowed free of charge during B&W phase only.
  • Major revisions that require re-drawing a substantial portion of the art will carry an additional charge of $20

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

    • 1-3 days, +$30 rush fee

USAGE RIGHTS

  • Personal use only.
  • Commercial use must pay $500 flat fee.
